The Conclusion:
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PMKSNY) is a much-needed initiative for the welfare of our farmers’ community. India is a country where more than 60% of people are engaged in agricultural and pastoral activities. Without uplifting the farmers of India, we can’t imagine a happy, prosperous, and developed India.
PMKSNY has got its inspiration from the Telangana Government’s highly successful Rhythu Bandhu Scheme. Taking a cue from the same, the central government launched this highly ambitious project a few months back for farmers across the country.
The main advantage of the PMKSNY is the direct cash transfer. The amount will be directly credit to farmer’s bank account as and when the central government releases payment for that. There’s absolutely no need for any middle man at any stage of the program.
